WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?


  • Every effort is made to deliver a superior piece of art, but surprises can still happen.  If you are not thrilled with your artwork, please contact us right way at natasha@poppyfishstudiofineartstore.com.

    Returns are welcome if they are:

    • Returned within 7 days of delivery
    • Arrive in the same condition as shipped including all the original packing material
    • Return postage is not included. 
    • Exchanges or refunds will occur after the artwork has arrived at Poppyfish Studio.
    • Commission fees may not be refunded.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?  

All print sales are final. Please contact natasha@poppyfishstudiofineartstore.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?  

Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
